Heavy machinery is used to process wood into paper pulp. The parts of these machines are subject to high wear and tear. Think of transport and pressing screws, press housings, dewatering rollers, rotors and pump parts. The tool life is extended by providing parts with a wear-resistant coating or by welding them on with a wear-resistant material.
